How long will my candle burn for?

Owing to their size, we say our candles will burn for up to 30 hours. This time is of course approximate and in reality there are many factors that will determine how long your candle lasts such as how many wicks you burn at once, whether the candle is located in the path of a draft, or the size of the wick and by extension the flame etc.

Can I send my candle back for a full refund or exchange?

Accepted Answer

Yes you can. Please see the section of our website on refunds and exchanges. A full refund will be issued with 14 days of receipt of returned candles.

Why use soy wax?

Apart from fitting our ethos and aesthetic perfectly, there are many advantages of using soy wax over alternatives. Here are a few:
 
- Soy wax is all natural and renewable
- Soy wax does not release toxins, carcinogens or other harmful substances into the atmosphere which can also trigger allergies
- Soy wax can be cleaned easily using soap and water
- Soy wax burns slower and for longer than parraffin wax due to its lower melting point

Yes - being sustainable and environmentally friendly is an integral part of our business. We have tried our best to incorporate a 'green' approach to everything we do from the materials used in our candles, the wax, to the packaging we use for shipping.
